We had a new kitchen fitted in sept/Oct 2023 and bought all samsung appliances which came july/Aug but installed sept/Oct. At the time or buying our kitchen guy said don't go to samsung as they're a nightmare if it goes wrong. Sure enough dishwasher started leaking at 6mo, they fixed it but said it was installed wrong (not level). He showed me the level and it was the tiniest bit out so he corrected it (samsung guy). Hasn't washed properly since but now saying they won't come out as it was installed wrong.
Now the washing machine is taking the whole tray of softener for each wash so will have to log a complaint there.
I'm dreading it as we have dishwasher, washer, dryer, fridge, freezer and worried that they will make excuses every time.
