Hi,
this seems to be a common issue from what I’ve seen on the forums but from what I’ve seen it usually happens a few years down the line. My washing machine is brand new as of yesterday but already after the first attempted cycle (15mins quick wash) it is already reaching 10mins and not getting any further. The screen shows rinsing and the washing machine does attempt to spin a few times but doesn’t go any further than 10mins.
I’ve tried manually draining it, recalibrating it again and doing the cycle with an empty load but still the same issue.
is it likely the motherboard is faulty or is there something else I should try?
