I bought a Samsung top load washer (WA45T3200AW/A4) one year and a month ago and it stopped working properly already. I called the support team and they said the warranty is only for a year. Then I walked through a self diagnose test and found out a quote of over $500. This is insane. Shouldn’t a washer last for more than a year???? My family trusts Samsung brand, I don’t know how I feel about it after this awful experience.
