I have one of the above Samsung vacuum cleaners. It is, without doubt, the worst vacuum I've ever owned. The soft action brush is just about ok on LVT flooring, for a quick clean up but only picks up going forwards, not backwards. Also, it frequently deposits lint on the floor which has collected on the fabric pad.
Worst is the mini motorised tool, which I had been hoping to use for stairs. If it picks up at all, I have to go over an area about a dozen time, even then, pickup is not complete. Also, like the soft action brush, lint is deposited making more mess. Other accessories for this vacuum are also poorly designed.
I will not be buying a Samsung vacuum again when this one needs replacing. Thank goodness that I also have a Miele to do a proper clean.
