Hey guys im new here
Ive been using my samsung watch to track calories and burn a certain amount so i cna enjoy cheat days.
I was doing somelight jogging and i was count on my watch and it was at 4600-5000 steps
400+calories
I check my phone and notice its at 10,000 steps
I realized i forgot to turn on my bluetooth and i turned it on and my watch jumped to 12000 steps is this accurate?.
Also i should mention when im walking an hour and some change from school i get up to 10000+ steps so is this accurate did my phone count my steps more accurately or no?
Final note: in the past i would see my phone undercount my steps while phone was slightly higher. When they werent connected before so theres that factor
