Appen fungerar ganska dåligt. Appen visar felaktiga 
detaljer. En dag visar VO2 max efter träningen, en dag visar inte. Är appen producerad av barn?

Do you have Galaxy Watch? It could be the case that your watch isn't in contact with your skin firmly enough, a very loose fit (or sweaty arm and/or hairy) will make readings less accurate. That can be fixed by keeping your strap more tight or by changing for a strap that better fit you.

Yes, Galaxy watch 6. I Will try with tight.
It is not only that wrong. I had a vacation in a sea resort. My hotel was apr . 300 m from the beach. I swan with the watch for to measure my distans. I forgot to stop the watch. 2-3 hours later Ilooked att the watch. It shows that I had swum to the hotel!!! The watch has and use map and shows that I swim on the street.
So that I think, that the app is not so serious, and litteratur bit childish

It isn't due to the app, most watches don't have built in water detector. So watch itself does not know that you left the water at the beach, so that part you mentioned was more on your own fault and cannot be blamed on the app. Since activating a training manually would need to be stopped manually as well or it will keep running.
