My Galaxy watch sends me a notification every morning asking me if I'm awake. Can this be turned of?

Hello.

Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone.

Tap on Watch settings.
Tap on Advanced features.
Tap on Morning routine.
Toggle off the switch next to Ask if I'm awake.

Once you have completed these steps, your Galaxy Watch 6 will no longer ask you if you are awake every morning

...questions remains though, are you _really_ awake? 😉

Nah but on a serious note, that should fix it. I also had to turn off some of the app notifications when I had a smart watch as I found the vibrations fairly disturbing :smiling-face: To me it was important to really be selective with what get pushed or not. And I had "phantom" vibrations when not wearing my watch.

I also have this issue on my Galaxy watch ultra. I know when I'm awake, I don't need my watch to ask me, and if I want to check the time in the middle of the night, i don't want my watch to go to full brightness to ask me if I'm awake. What a stupid function. When I go to the wearable app, there is no setting within notifications that gives me 'morning routine', so I can't turn it off. Does anyone have an alternative way to turn the silly notification off, please?
