Hi I've been playing Word Crush a few months now and am on about level 800 when yesterday after playing it a few times it suddenly wouldn't open again and now whatever I do it won't load just opens the main screen then won't open any further. Have turned my mobile (S20) off a few times but still no joy. Have closed the app a few times and opened it again no help at all. If I remove the app and then reload the app surely I'll lose my scores?

try going into settings , apps then word crush game , & clear the cache & try again .

It's working today but only after the app needed an update then I went to open it and all was good. But yesterday the app didn't need updating so a bit odd but all OK, thanks for your response
