Hi
My phone is about to go to Fonfix in Dublin for the 3rd time for repair. It was not fixed either time
At this point I just want a replacement phone. I have received very little help from Samsung or Vodafone.
I purchased my phone for 2000 Euro online from Vodafone on August 22.
Now I find myself with no phone and no help from Vodafone or Samsung.
I have been on to both Sansung and Vodafone for hours and nothing done to help.
Who do I talk to about replacing my phone?
