Z Flip 3 Echo on Calls

My wife owns a Z Flip 3 and when I call her, I get an annoying echo of my voice on my phone. She has told me that other people who have called her have the same issue. Has anyone had a similar experience and is there a fix for it?

I experience this sometimes when myself or the other party use the speaker and it's too loud.
