Hi deras,
I have a mobile phone model SM-F731 and used it for 4 months. The device is used carefully in accordance with company rules and does not have any damage or scratches. Unfortunately, I had to deal with a situation where I was required to pay more than 100USD to repair a device under warranty, citing the fact that burnt screen pixels are not a warranty case. I am very saddened by company's policy, which refuses to consider warranty service for customers and demands payment from them. This is not acceptable!
What are others experience with this issue?

Hello @alex431
I'm sorry to learn of the issues you have faced with your phone 😔
The decision to carry out repair work under the umbrella of the Samsung Manufacturer's Warranty ( 2 years in the UK ) is a direct decision by the Samsung Service Centre who are assessing it.
Before authorising the repair and paying the fee asked for by Samsung dis you ask for a second opinion from Samsung.
It's also advisable to read all relevant T&C under the Manufacturer's Warranty for your region to be informed of what the warranty covers.
I suspect it also can hinge on how long the phone has been owned too.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎
