Randomly, the touch screen on the larger, foldable display of my z fold 3 has stopped responding. The screen itself is still functioning, but touching the screen does nothing. It was working completely fine, but once I went to bed and awoke the next day, it just wasn't working, so I'm very perplexed.

Please do try  a soft reboot by turning your phone Off and On if you haven't already. 

If this does not work and a forum and or Google Search does not help then perhaps consider arranging for your phone to be assessed by a Samsung Service Centre.
