I can't change any notification settings. Only option is 'allow sound and vibration' or 'silent'. No more list of options under either one of these. Hope they fix this soon.

You need to enable the catagories option

Settings>notifications >advanced settings >manage notification catagories for each app. Toggle that ON. Now when you go to settings >notifications >app notifications and tap on any app, you'll see a new menu option at the bottom called 'notification catagories '. Tap on that and toggle on all that apply.
