SIM Slot 1 not working on Z Fold 4.

Hi all, 

I put my SIM in SIM 1 last night and it wasn't picking up network, just emergency calls only. 

I took my SIM out and put it in my other two devices and worked fine. 

I re put my SIM back in, bit this time SIM slot 2 and it's working. 

Can someone help as to why this is happening.

@Hodor85: With your SIM in SIM slot 1, please try heading to Settings > Connections > SIM card manager, and make sure that SIM1 is toggled on, and Calls and Messages are assigned to that SIM. Let me know how you get on.

Where did you buy your phone, @Hodor85

Your phone may be locked to a specific network. If so, you would need to use a SIM card for that network in your phone.

@DannyT it is definitely not locked. I have tried multiple Sims in SIM slot 2 and works fine. It's just SIM slot 1 that's failed.

Hi there, @Hodor85. Thanks for letting us know. At this stage, I'd recommend that you head to Samsung Members > Support > Phone diagnostics > SIM card.

What is the result of this Hardware Test, please?

@PaulM I have booked it in for repair with Samsung last night as the phone is only 3 and a bit months old, warranty should cover it.
