Hi all, I was looking at at my note starter pack that come with my zfold4 and a few  thoughts crossed my mind. 1st, on a £1650 phone that should be included in the box. If it was I wouldn't have had to waste an extra £30 on a case while I was waiting for it to come and 2nd, it puts a lie to the 'its about saving the environment' as a delivery truck had to drop off the parcel separately.  Surely samsung can come up with a better system than this to reward loyalty.

Plus all the extra packaging and manufacturing behind that. It's all just a gimmick.

All these pre order gifts should come in a special pre order box with your phone. This is something Samsung should genuinely look at.

100 percent right. Especially when your buying a flagship phone for flagship prices. It's a bit like buying a brand new car and the wheels come 2 weeks later
