Notifications not showing

I have just bought this phone and I have read everything I can online and my z fold 5 still will not show in my locked screen when my phone is locked.

I have to unlock it to read my notifications...quite frustrating.

Does anyone have a solution please?

go to setting and notifications make sure it turn on for lock screen. and show content

I have the same problem and all that is already done, it's pretty simple to set up but despite this they don't show up, only when unlocking and pulling down can I see them
