I need help with my charging

My phone dosent go past 1% when it's charging if its on and it always says slow charging whatever I use a charger no matter which one I use

When did this start happening? Was it recently after an update? If so please try wiping the cache partition

got water in it a while ago I waited for it to dry and once it was charging again this happened

This would need to be inspected by an authorised Samsung technician. You probably couldn't claim this under warranty if you have one. Therefore, any repair would be at your cost, unless you have an insurance policy which covers this type of damage.
