Gone commando - well caseless, but awaiting skin arrival

This morning i removed my zfold4 slim stand case, the adhesive tape stayed on the phone, took some gentle rubbing to get it off, guess that means they are no designed to be removed.

Anyway, point if this post was to say HOW MUCH I HATE CASES, they just ruin the phone design and feel, but appreciate one slip without and it is usually disaster. The feel, the size is all transformed, even using the front screen without the case ridge is so much better.

That said i was watching JerryRig on Youtube and he totally abuses the ZFold4 and many other devices, in particular the scratch tests, so it begs the question is the testing not real world or the times it shatters tough luck.

I agree that phones do feel so much better without a case. I just don't have the guts to go without one. Any mark brings out my OCD 🤣.

The aesthetics are obviously better but use cases for safety reasons, would not take the risk when out and about.

But then it defeats the whole point of the style and aesthetics.
Yes whilst out and about I have been super careful as full commando it's slippy and like @Fiona26 I am OCD and clean me mobile, watch a few times a day 😄

DAY 2 - Still gingerly using my mobile when out and about, but at home my whole expereince of swiping, screen and holding the device (without finger, thumb pain) has been transformed.

Only thing i go not like is resting my phone on its screen or camera lens.

Hoping my skin arrives soon it includes a camera cover also.

I'm not the most patient, was reasonably easy, unsure if the hairdryer is required after, I can feel the skin edge, but does look nice, but not as tactile as I had hoped, also the additional camera protector is rubbish.
