FOLD 5 FREE INTERNAL (LARGE) SCREEN PROTECTOR CHANGE

Hi. I understand that there is 1 x free inner screen protector change available from Samsung within 12 months of purchase.

How does one go about getting this sorted? 

When I looked at booking repair options I could not see this as an option?

My preference would be to visit a Samsung store where hopefully they can replace the inner screen protector whilst I wait?

Your best bet is to contact Samsung Customer Support to arrange a repair.
The screen protector will be replaced as long as there's no physical damage that has caused the failure or lead to it failing.
Im not sure you would get a why you wait appointment currently as it is a busy time of year. But worth asking.
Some Samsung Experience Stores can do repairs like this. But you would have to book.
