Chromebook claim flip 5

Purchased the new flip 5 from ee during the September promotion to claim free chromebook when I try to claim it asks for bank details to process my cashback claim. Its not for a cashback claim 🤷‍ Any help would be much appreciated thanks 🙂

Same link as mine. Shouldn't as far as I know, be asking for your bank details for a FREE offer. Perhaps you could try coming out and starting again.
