Hi this morning for the first time I forget to switch the charger off via the wall outlet before I unplugged the charger from my phone ... Can this cause damaged to the phone or battery 🔋 ?

Done the same for years on samsungs, what amazes me is the long life strength of the cable type c connection.

In short No the phone or battery wouldn't suffer any issues.
