Help my z fold went in for repair they must of closed all connections or whatever im not tech savvy. Now I have to enter my initial password when I got phone can't remeber it so would have to do factory reset and lose everything

Was it a Samsung repair centre, they always insist on a full reset before sending it in, so when it returns it is a factory reset so you start over.
