Hello

I received a Samsung that resembles Samsung S9 PLUS but there is DUOS written at the back of the phone.

Can someone tell me the type of phone

It's a dual sim version of the S9.

Duos was the hybrid version of the S9 with dual SIM capability.
If you go into Settings -> About Phone then the specific model number will be in there which you can use to obtain full details of the handset.
