I haven’t returned my phone as yet for exactly the same reasons as its a massive pain to wait for a week and set everything up again.
I cant see the point at the minute as everyone else still has the same issues with replacement phones.
As I’ve already stated if its not resolved soon i will aske for a refund and start looking at alternatives.

Have the same problem... Samsung technically don't know what to do... Samsung store just keep kicking the issue into the long grass.. I honestly don't know why the mainstream media have not picked up on it, as that when Samsung will finally pull their finger out and do somethinng... For now they seem happy to just take their sweet time

So I got another reply to one of the error logs earlier which directed me to Samsungs Facebook page. Just got this response....
Hi ******. We are currently in the process of rolling out a software update, to address some network issues. We recommend turning your automatic software updates to on. ^DP

Maybe they've done something?
I've had a couple of calls today only about 5 minutes with no drop outs!
Really hoping they can fix it because other than the call silence it's a truly awesome phone!!
Over 200 hits on my video which was my initial goal but strangely only 18 likes? I seriously thought there would be a much higher percentage experiencing problems who would click the like button.
Maybe I've been really unlucky getting 3 phones with the same call drop out problem?
