I got this already used S9+ lately and the overall sound on it is good, but when I get a call I cannot hear it, it's like I put call volume on the lowest possible setting. So when I factory reset it the volume came booming like it's supposed to, one day later and the incoming call sound is back to inaudible. Every other sound is fine, it's just when someone calls me the volume ringtone is dead low so I can never catch anyone calling me.
