callers can't hear me

My Samsung s9 i started noticing the first or second call from people they can't hear me but I can hear them.  I've delete some apps and updated phone.

the mic in your phone might be faulty or may need dust clearing out.

ok even though it seems intermittently occurring? I'll have a look.

if there's nothing blocking the mic then
it could be a loose connection within the device. because it is a S9 it is probably outside the warranty time? if so you may have to pay to get it repaired or look at upgrade options.

cheers appreciate your time replying. I'm going to use headphones to check if mic is blocked and take it from there.

Im using Note 10 and I also facing this similar problem after the update. It happened after the latest update after many update in the android phone crashed recently. Everytime i answer a call and i need to call back necause caller can't hear me on the first received call. Sigh.....
