I am trying to buy S23 ultra, I have everything in my cart. When trying to check out I chose Samsung finance, but it takes me to the Samsung finance application page. I already have Samsung finance. I JUST WANT TO PAY WITH MY SAMSUNG FINANCE. 

So I connect with "Expert". These 'Experts' have no idea what they are doing. They are asking me to clear the browser cache on my App. I am telling them I am not using a browser. This 'Expert' did not know you can order from the app without going to the browser. 

I am switching from Samsung. I don't want to contact 10 people in Samsung just to check out.

Have you tried going via the upgrade lounge? You'll need to go here in order to upgrade from your current agreement, to a new agreement with the S23 Ultra.

I did mine last night. Hope this helps.
