After updating my phone, it shows screens shown on the following screenshot
Problem is that it don't load the last screen, and i can't use my phone at all (even after restarting it)

If not, try pressing the top edge of the 'Plus' button to see if that allows you to progress, and then update Good Lock - NavStar app to the latest version (NavStar v6.1.05.45).
(Apparently, according to our Tech Brief, the developers have identified that if you set the navigation bar to swipe gestures and use ‘Transparent hint’ of NavStar app in Good Lock before updating to One UI 6.1, some of the lower button area is affected by the transparent navigation area. New version of NavStar should help address that.)
