S23 ultra upgrade

Another year same problem is anyone else struggling to upgrade to the s23 ultra after having a 24month contact with klarna. This is a joke was sent around for 4 hours on the phone to klarna samsung and the finance company's that klarna uses. I haven't missed a single payment and have a good credit score. Can anyone give me some advice.

I am afraid you are not alone.  I, along with many others, are on the same s23 upgrade merry-go-round as you. Shame on Samsung, shame on Klarna 😡

I have experienced this the last 2 years with Klarna. I was fully expecting to have the same issue, but to my surprise I managed first time.

The only thing I did differently, not saying this is the reason, was to do it in incognito mode on my browser and add the details manually. Hope this helps!

Quite happy with my s21 after upgrading from a s10, previous to that was a s7 and a s6.
As you see I don't upgrade with every new model.
So an s35 might be next 🤔

Sounds purely like a Klarna problem. I'm sure it says in their small print that just because you've been accepted before is no guarantee you will be accepted again. Klarna's response to that is that their systems are automated and can't be overridden. I never use them and never will.

Me too, I have two phones through klarna on the upgrade programme, one went through fine, the other keeps getting declined by klarna. Never missed a payment for 3 years x 2 phones. Bizarre

I had a lot of problems last year and a t one point it declined application. I started again and it was PK but painfully. This year was so different it was easy using the link set to me. I just had to put it contract number and name then select which phone I wanted and paid deposit. There were no problems at all.

Anyone else on upgrade program realising that you don’t get double storage upgrade for pre order.

Has anyone actually got this resolved yet? I have no payments due till 5th March yet Klarna are still rejecting me. Am on to them.again now am furious it's absolutely pathetic

Are you an upgrade customer or new one this year. I've just joined the upgrade program and looks like I have the storage.
