Hi all,

I have got a Samsung S23 ultra which is great.
I have a Galaxy watch 6 40mm whoch is connected to the phone with the wearable app. I have now got a pair of Galaxy buds2 which are paired to the phone but I can't get them to link with the wearable app.

I get the wearable app to recognise themand it goes to the privacy and terms and conditions page but I can get no further. I agree all and press continue but it justgoes back to the same page.

I have been in touch with Samsung live chat and tried uninstalling the wearable app and reinstalling it, restarting the phone and even force stopping the wearable app.

Although I can use the buds to some extent with them pairing with the ohone okay I haven't got the controls that I eould gave with the wearable app.

Does anyone know of a way to fix this issue please?

Thanks, Di

A generic troubleshooting step that may help is  @Gatekeeperdi

  • Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files. There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
