Playlists

Hi, in the Samsung music player, import and export playlists are greyed out! Any ideas? Thanks.

For the Export playlists option to be enabled, you need to have a playlist in Samsung Music. 

Export an existing playlist from Samsung Music and then the Import playlists option should get enabled.

Do you mean here? (See 1st screenshot)
Can you go to the Playlists heading and see if "Import playlists" is available there (see 2nd screenshot).
Obviously, "Export my playlists" will remain greyed out until such time as you "import" a playlist.

Thanks, I have a playlist but the export option is greyed out. So can't export. Thanks.

Was the playlist created using Samsung music app or another app?
