No app updates or WhatsApp backups

Hi, has anyone managed to update any apps on Samsung store or Google play store since Christmas? I have had no luck or there simply is no apps needed an update but highly unlikely, I have auto update turned off but not seen an update for over a week on either store, and I can't back up my WhatsApp to Google drive either, it sticks on 99% never had this problem previously before the festives

I was thinking the same then got a stack today from the play store and one from samsung store but that's because I unistalled a latest update from an app on samsung Store to try and solve another problem

I had one today from Microsoft app though the Google play store and had one or two from the Galaxy Store.
