For anyone using this app and interested. I previously posted about it incorrectly showing internal storage values on S23 Ultra. Well after recent update it's now fixed. It used to show my phone as having 2Tb internal storage but now shows the correct value at 1Tb. Hope this helps.

I always see a difference is the used space reported between Google Files and Samsung Storage in Device care ...

Do you also experience this issue?

Nothing to do with used space. My problem was that the app thought i had 2Tb internal storage, which of course is impossible. It now shows correct value of 1Tb.
