Have dual SIM on phone, physical and ESim.
ESim was primary as pay for premium data and is business line. Physical is personal with unlimited, but lower quality data.
No issues until apparent update in Oct/Nov timeframe. As can see on screenshot (physical sim network), the data was negligible usage on this sim, as desired. Something on phone changed and now data is almost exclusively on physical sim.
This wouldn't be a big deal except the device won't allow the ESim to be set to primary any longer. Changing the ESim to be primary and it flips back to using physical SIM. Disabling physical SIM is only way to get ESim as primary.
This is a major pain and hope there is a fix!

Did some additional testing.
1. Disabled physical SIM, able to change primary network to esim. However, internet no longer works, even after reboot.
2. Removed physical SIM, restarted phone, everything works great, including data on esim
Have 2 S23 Ultras on this account, and both have exact same issue.
