Once the dates are set they can't ammend anything at Samsungs end which is what Samsung have advised.
Or you should recieve communication from DPD if your in the UK via their app [ download it if you haven't ] as in there you maybe able to alter the schedule.
You would most probably need to cancel and start again as a last resort but even then the dates may change.
