Clipboard option not available

Had new update in the week, now have no clipboard option. 

Has it disappeared?

Still there on my keyboard (Samsung). What keyboard are you using? If you tap on the 3 dots to the far right does the clipboard show up there?

Wow, made my day!  I had been frustrated that finger press did not offer the Clipboard, but now I know to check the icons above the keyboard!

They can be quite hard to see on a phone screen.
