Voicemail problem

Hi all, when I reject or miss calls the voicemail does not work, all the voicemail says is something about an echo test ? , I'm on three network and been through all the settings to try to fix this but it's still the same and no one can leave a message, has anyone heard of this problem and could it be the phone?

Have the callers informed you that they can't leave a voicemail, a lot of people don't want to leave one if they judge It isn't that important. You may need to have your network provider look at your device if you say the settings are all correct.

Hi , no one can leave a message, three have listened to it when I've cut the call off, they have gone through the sim settings but nothing has changed, still cannot receive voicemail

I've seen this before.

I think you call voicemail yourself and set it up including either a personal or standard greeting.

I've tried setting it up but again everyone gets this message saying echo test
