February update with one ui 5.1 is out for s22 ultra. You could plug into to a pc and see if the latest update is available using smartswitch. S22 ultra Is monthly security updates, seems you are stuck on November.

You should have had that least 3, last one released was for the February patch patch

@giggz, What's your current software version ? Latest update for S22 Ultra was One UI 5.1 in February.

I click update & it says I'm on the latest version. I don't have a computer or laptop so I can't update any other way

Updates are sent out in batches dependent on region, phone model eligibility, serial and build number and if a phone has been supplied by a network they can sometimes have their own update schedule as they may want to test the update to ensure it does not clash with their network features and apps.

Samsung Smartswitch is an option but I appreciate you do nkt have a computer and this option does not guarantee an update.

Sometimes inserting another different network sim card can instigate an update.

You could see if a Samsung Service Centre can help.
