Suggestion - transferring backup from old phone to new phone - Add to Home screen links

I've experienced this 'issue' several times.  I buy a new phone and use the Samsung Smart Switch app.  Everything gets transferred except for links from browsers that I have saved to the home page, the Add to Home Screen links.

For those who are unaware of this action - there might be a website you frequent and you want a icon / link on your home page (instead of first opening your browser, clicking on Favorites, etc.).   Add to Home Screen is the short cut to avoid unnecessary key strokes.

It would be nice if these links were saved and brought over when transferring information from one phone to another.
