So a refurbished S22 Ultra phone, and I assume they root or do something that trips knox when they flash a clean install. Samsung Health doesn't load (rooted device error) yet Samsung pay runs fine. I downloaded a knox checker and it says it's OK 0x0 and green. Status About says "offcial". Annoyingly I really want Samsung Health and my Lloyds Bank apps to run, but they think the device is rooted. How can I fix this? Many thanks.
