S22 ultra charge via laptop

Hello,

When I plug my S22 into my laptop via both their USB-C ports, it initially starts fast charging but then jumps to "slow charging" after less than a minute. Is there a way to prevent this and keep it fast charging? Galaxy S22 Ultra

It's on laptop, check out your laptop and look for port which has a plug symbol next to it, that port would be the best one to use

I only have one usb-C port on my laptop

No I'm not, I'm using the cable that came with my charger

Check for some settings in your laptop

A laptop won't give fast charge as it only gives out .5volts
And you need 35W 0r 45W

Is that a fast charger or a normal one? When you charge your phone using that charger and that cable are you getting a fast charging experience or a normal one?

Depends what laptop he is using. Some of the new laptops are coming fitted with the new Usb-C PD(power delivery).

Have you got anything like the bottom usb C ports shown in the picture on your laptop? If not I think that is the reason why the phone is not able to use fast charging.
