My model was purchased from Samsung, and I'm not the only one complaining about this issue. Many users of the S22 base (SM-S901B) are not receiving the banner.
This is Samsung's fault.

Thanks. I need to investigate this as your CSC does not match the Build number. Can you confirm whether you have made any changes to the phone? ie change CSC?

About 2 months ago, I had an issue during a software update where the S22 got stuck, saying there was an update problem. I tried to restore it via Smart Switch, but it asked for a code, so I ended up reflashing it with Odin and the CSC files eux.
