Looking for part number or even where to purchase the vibrating module for a s22 5g. Not sure what has happened. The phone has stopped vibrating. I've tried everything as far as software and everything in the phone options. Must be a hardware issue.  Thank you !

Hi @Rangers5466.

Samsung doesn't sell such parts separately we're afraid. If you're having a hardware issue with the phone, then it would need to be inspected by our Samsung engineers.

Is the vibrate feature not working for all apps and features such as when you receive a phone call? Have you checked if Vibrate is selected from the Quick Panel?

I'd agree with @AtshaamY to let a Samsung Service Centre take a look.

Try >

Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too. { Repair Apps may not be availableto the Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Series of phone's. }

and

Safe Mode  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict.

You could as a last resort back up and factory reset.

The Samsung Community does have some guidelines i.e https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/news-rules-faqs/community-policy-on-dangerous-diy-unorthodox-rep...

If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate to ask.  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

Yes correct... There is no vibration no matter what I do or app I use.
