Hi All, I use the dual sim function and my work sim always asks for a pin before unlocking all the apps. Last week I was asked to add a new sim as too main failed attempts (which there hadn't been!) So I changed it. Since yesterday I've been unable to access my work sim as when I try to input any pin code the screen is frozen. Any suggestions on how to resolve this? I've restarted the phone, tried to remove cache but don't know now?
