Over heating taking photographs

Hi does anyone else get the same issue. I love taking photos 📸 however my phone over heats and then shuts down because the phone is too hot. 

Is there any reasonable information or explanation that would help with this issue 🤔 that isn't "stop taking so many photos".

How is the weather. Where you stay?

1. Turn off mobile data when taking videos or photos.

Just something I clocked when on holiday to Italy with 33 degrees Celsius.

My phone was hot 🔥🥵.

I guess the roaming 5g and stuff was struggling.

After turning off mobile data and WiFi. Was cool 😎

What phone is it first as some run hotter than others and also everything GoanGeek says above as well as is the pictures taken outside in the sun? My phone gets hot just in my pocket in the summer due to the sun
