One ui 5.1 not working properly

After resetting my phone, when everything is back where it should be, I've noticed that 'long press' on app icons closes one ui.
I want to move apps to my homescreen and into folders but it does nothing at all. 

Any ideas?

Have you updated all your apps in both stores?
