Hello everyone,
My S22 Ultra has a black screen but touch is still working fine. I was told to force restart my phone to try to get the screen to work, but that didn't fix it. My problem is that once you restart your phone the fingerprint scanner won't open the phone without first using the pin, and since the screen is black, I can't see where the numbers are at so I can enter my pin on the lock screen after reboot. Not the regular pin screen. It has to be the one that comes up when you reboot it. After I enter the pin my fingerprint scanner will open it then. I just need to see where my numbers are at so I can unlock my phone. Will someone post a screen shot of that screen please?
Thank you for reading this!
