My S22 ultra hasn't be taking updates

My S22 ultra hasn't been taking update since, My phon is still running on Android version 12 and the one UI 4.1, I don't know what's happening. Please I will be glad if I can get some help.

Also occasionally inserting a completely different sim card from another network may instigate an update. 

If your near a Samsung Experience Store they maybe able to help.

I haven't inserted a sim since i bought it last year, I've been using my WiFi with it.

I have an S22 ultra also and found that if I turn off wifi it updates just fine
