I don't remember my password to open an old S22ultra 5GB 128MB and it's asking for it as it's been powered down. How can I perform a hard factory reset - I'm not bothered about losing any information that is still on it. Please help I need to sell it.

You could boot your phone into recovery mode (you will likely need a USB cable connecting the phone to a computer to do this, see online tutorials) and use the "Wipe data/factory reset" option. Obviously this will erase your data. If you're going to sell the phone you will need to remove the Google account after the reset. Hope this helps

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
