The top three will be different coloured screen tests.
If the line is still visible, then it's likely that the screen has got damaged.
You can try booting up your phone in safe mode and see if its still there.
If its not, then you could have a app or Theme that has an issue.
But from your description. It sounds likely that the screen will need replacing.
If you go into the support section on the Members App. You can use the number to contact Samsung Customer Support to get a repair service booked
